The Crest Family Practice is based in the William Budd Health Centre on the Knowle West Health Park.

The Practice opening times are 8.30am-6.30pm Monday to Fridays. In addition to our daily morning and afternoon surgeries, we offer the following:

Doctor and practice nurse shared chronic disease clinics for Asthma, Diabetes and Chronic Heart Disease

  • Minor Surgery
  • Child surveillance and immunisation clinics
  • Family Planning Advice
  • Smoking cessation clinics
  • Travel Immunisation/Advice
  • Bristol Drug Project – Methadone Programme

We are always interested in our patient views and have an active patient forum group who meet on a quarterly basis. The practice manager welcomes contact from any new patients wishing to join the group.
