How much fun can exercise be!

This imaginative class uses equipment, songs, stories and games to take children on an adventure whilst getting fit. The session includes warm-ups, cardio, strength training coordination work, cool-down and stretching. Great for giving your child more confidence as well as learning about nutrition, how the body works and hygiene.
