Breathe for Wellbeing Course

Do you feel more anxious or lonely because of the pandemic? Breathing can help you to relax, reduce stress, and improve your sleep. The tutor will guide you through different breathing exercises, to help you learn to use your breath to relax and feel energised.

No experience  is needed, the tutor will support you through your journey.

The 6 week course starts on Wednesday 4th May 2022, 4pm-6pm.
