Outdoor Bootcamp

Join a qualified Trainer for Bootcamp style workouts with Body weight, Cardio, Strength Work and much more included.  All fitness levels are welcome, so if you are just starting out, or looking to improve, the class will be suitable to help you reach your goals.

Sessions run on Tuesday’s 10.30am-11.30am, and 6.30pm-7.30pm, Thursday’s 09.30am-10.30am and Saturday 09.00am-10.00am on the Health Park grounds.

Block booking for 6 Weeks is £30.00 or it’s £6.00 for pay as you go sessions.
