Knowle West Healthy Living Centre are looking for a Business Development Manager
Purpose of Job
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager who will lead strategic planning, delivery and evaluation of our activities. You will support the CEO and the Board to deliver a strategic plan that tackles health inequalities across South Bristol. You will represent KWHPC at a senior and strategic level with external partners. You will also support day to day operations, managing staff, complete reports and help to secure funds.

Hi there! Have you been looking for a way to occupy your spare time, engage with other locals, give back to the community or just feel useful? Come and volunteer with us at the Healthy Living Centre, we’ve a range of opportunities and the most frequent of those are listed below.
Fun and Fab Women’s Peer Support group to help support the group reach their wellbeing goals.
Walk Leaders to help lead walks on the Health Park and out and about and around the local area.
Volunteers will be asked to fill in a simple form and to complete DBS checks, to ensure they are suitable for work with vulnerable adults. You will also be asked to complete some basic training which will give you new skills to add to your CV. In return out of pocket expenses and on the job supervision and support will be given.

Members of the Board of Directors
The Board of Directors continually needs local people to become involved. Training and support will be offered, the time commitment will be a minimum of 3 hours per month. The Board may from time to time need to recruit individuals with certain expertise, at other times we may need only general local knowledge. We welcome contact from anyone wishing to become involved.
