Tai Chi for the over 50’s

Easy to learn gentle movements to improve your balance, flexibility, strength and wellbeing. Movements can be done seated or standing, and beginners are always welcome.

Mondays & Wednesdays, 1.30pm- 2.30pm, £4 per session.
